SNAPPER - #EZ156 You show a small tube with a loop of elastic sticking out of the bottom and you say that the other end of the loop is inside the tube. You also show a plunger with a sort of hook on the end. You insert the hooked end of the plunger into the tube and attempt to 'hook' the elastic loop inside the tube. You apparently do it because when you begin to pull the plunger out it snaps right back into the tune, pulled in by the elastic.
